A sloppy little video I made in a day out of boredom. If you're looking for some well-constructed, deep, story-filled amv, you're not going to find it.
It was never my mission to make this amv for others' enjoyment, but after putting it on youtube (see signature for link), it was requested that I upload it here. So I'm sure there are plenty of things you can pick at if you want, but that's fine by me too, I don't mind.
Enjoy nonetheless, perhaps it will offer some cheap entertainment.

Some noticeble flaws here and there (from my point of view) but generally pleasing. Very neat video for being made in 1 day.

This was fantastic! You really nailed the emotion; and I liked how you strayed from Menma a little ways into the AMV (since from the start I thought it was just going to be Menma-focused).

that was surprisingly good! seemed boring at first, but it was relaxing and chill and good to just watch fitting scenes with music, and then it picked up and i got really into it, but it seemed like it had WAYY too much crying......I was fine with it until my friend pointed it out and then i just laughed at how many people were crying, but it was still really enjoyable.

I don't know, last time I actually put thought and effort into a video was way over a year ago haha. Everything I make nowadays is under a day. Hopefully a lot better than this though.
But thank you. And yeah, I remember making it and didn't like how it was focused only on Menma initially. I don't like the transition to introducing the other characters, but yeah, I liked using all of their little stories.

Hahaha yeah I realized that while watching it again as well. Every other scene someone is crying. It makes sense to me as I've seen the anime and know the story, but from the perspective of someone who hasn't seen it, or even has, yeah, I suppose it's quite ridiculous.

And to those who mentioned not seeing the anime in the QCs, I recommend you do. It's quite nearly impossible, at least for me, to make an amv with this anime that clearly explains its story. The main reason why is:

Nobody can see Menma (the girl with the white hair) except Jinta (the guy with the dark brown hair.)

The relationships and everything that happens is much more complicated than that, so I suggest seeing it.

Great style/editing/flow, and you just CAPTURE music in anime form ridiculously well. Good combination of both literal, mood, flashback and lyric sync. They all really intertwined well and just really made a very profound and touching piece.

I highly recommend.

Not terribly sloppy Also, looked like you were trying to follow the story of the show but I haven't seen this anime, so I'm just guessing. I could see something going on but wasn't completely sure what was happening. If anything, I've developed my own story in my head while watching it. For a video you threw together in a day, i found it rather enjoyable and easy to watch. There weren't any glaring editing mistakes and everything flowed nicely. Good job in my book. I kind of want to find this show and see what it's all about now.
