Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Is anyone else excited about THIS? Or at the very least interested

I only recently got into playing the game when it came out on the App Store Fun game, and the scenes look like the cases you solve in the first game

I was excited when I first heard about it, but after seeing the trailer, I was much less excited. The style of the movie just doesn't really seem to fit the game. Its a dark movie, and the content it is based off of is rather bright and bubbly.
But, I'm sure the director has his vision for... something here. I'll at least give it a chance and watch it when it comes out. I might be pleasantly surprised.

Yeah, i don't play the game, but the characters look kinda silly in an atmosphere like that, but idk.

I tried the first game but found it dull, the movie doesn't look that interesting to me.

I used to make so many arguments on why game based movies should be more like the games, but now I feel the need to retract that..

I like Takashi Miike's movies, they do tend to be dark, but in a way that's fun. Like "Ichi the Killer" or even more recently "13 Assassins" I guess I'm curious to see his take on the game
