My entry for Connichi 2011 Exclusive AMV Contest. It made 1st place by judges vote. It also participated at NDK 2011, where it made it into the finals of Action and AWA Pro.

While editing this i was also busy writing the final report to finish my studies. Anyway i somehow managed to get both done well and i am glad to finally be able to release this AMV.

I was quite impressed with the editing for this when I saw it during AWA Pro. The sync is awesome but I didn't really like some of your masks near the beginning since they felt a little rough, especially that one of Alto around 0:30ish. Just looked...so weird to me. :rofl: And I didn't really see much of a concept except from ships shooting monsters and Sheryl singing but then I guess that's what the film was about so it's not really your problem. ;) Great job anyway and congrats on the win! :up:

I had hoped that the part at :10-12 would have been incorporated further into the amv, but it just ended up being kind of random, considering Ranka was hardly in there ):

It was the same stuff for almost four minutes... but it is an action amv. Nonetheless, the editing was good and sync was great, so I quite enjoyed it anyhow. I like the ending as well. Good job :up:

I was weirded out by some strange synching and masks. ALMOST as awesome as Renegade Versus. Though I'm pretty sure if the music would've been a little more futuristic I would've had a new favourite of yours.

Nice! I seen this up on News just the other day. I really liked it, however, I did feel for the type of song it was and how it was edited it did get on a little long for me : ). Congrats on your placings though!!!
