About %50 of the people who like my new video have all expressed the same basic view - that it is very funny.

But...... it's a drama. No scene in it at all was designed to be funny. I can't find a funny moment in it.

Guess I'll just have to stick to humor. I always was the class clown.

Oh no, wait - no I wasn't. I was the serious, nerdy one.

When you post a video on the internet, there will always be an interpretation of it. I know I've personally had videos get COMPLETELY different receptions than I originally intended of them, but that's what the audience does. It's their "right" in a sort of way to take a video however they please.

Its kind of like in English class, where you're analyzing stories and everybody gets a different message from it. The authors may have not intended that message, but if that's what the people saw, it's what the people saw.

Yeah. It's not like I get mad at people - I'm nice about it, thank them and all that. Maybe mention "but it's not supposed....".

This should've been a post in "The Vent" unless you want to start up a discussion about how people can perceive videos as one way when they were created to portray the opposite.

I'll have to check the video out, but 'painfully over dramatic' is often seen as humorous. That could be what's going on here.

Simple story about a guy who is obsessed with a bar dancer, kills someone who she's having a drink with, runs away then gets killed trying to come back to see her again.

Being a stalker myself, this is just basic, run of the mill obsession, hardly overly dramatic.
