I think I've said everything about this AMV already during the beta stage. Not exactly my cup of tea, but I still enjoyed watching it

I think you had a very good idea and had a very lovely sync/mood with it. That being said, the effects and the utilization with the razor/gun was unnecessary, because it added nothing to the story, and didn't look very natural.
I'll was also told by a very wise lady that we shouldn't have to rely on text to tell our stories, lest we ultimately fail at our jobs. We need to have more faith in the intelligence in the audience/viewers. XD SEriously, I thought you'd told the story well enough and that you didn't need it.
Still, ultimately, you've done very nicely and I had a fun time watching it.

@all
I'm glad you like it.
@CodeZTM
Well... I showed this vid without text some people and they were confused. The story was completely not understand. I didn't plan this, but I think that text was necessary. But I'm glad that you don't need it

I think it is not necessarily a bad thing that you decided to use text with this because it did help me to understand the story better. However, when using text as an integral part of an AMV, it is usually best to try to somehow make it work together with the movement and color of the scenes rather than just putting it on top. As it is right now, the text really stands out causing it to be distracting from the rest of the video. I really do think it was good story and video, but the text just seemed out of place.

This video is truly something. Pretty well edition combined with a great idea resulted in well done AMV. IMO puting text wasn't necessary for a people who rly concentrate on this vid, but it doesn't have any meaning to argue about this cause it's still your concept. Maybe as Emi J7 say "it is usually best to try to somehow make it work together with the movement and color of the scenes rather than just putting it on top".
Before I downloaded this amv I had been thinking about how it could works with music. I know "Everything" well, so I was a little anxious because of it pace. You managed to do it right tho

4,5/5

I'll quote the others about the usage of the text. For me, I felt it helped with the understanding of the story but the font choice and the strong outline/shadow really made it distracting. It would have been better to blend them with the footage by using a lighter and more sophisticated font. (Not that I'm one to say anything, I'm always abusing text in my videos.
) Also once the song picked up, the text disappeared altogether so it would have been nice to keep it consistent, even if it was just light background text. Although if you have confidence in your scene selection for the storytelling, text wouldn't be necessary at all.
Anyway I really liked the mood of this, and I was very surprised at first when I found out you used the whole song(it is pretty long afterall.) Good job!
