Hyperactive girl

I'm looking for anime with a possitively spirited girl, who is really hyperactive. She could be vulgar and violent as well.
If she had a boyfriend or was just trying to get one would be also great. Oh yeah... I would be more then happy if she was in high school.

And of course, she should be the main character.
