I guess it's about time I announced something This is the video I entered into Otakon 2011 and to my surprise it won Best Drama I really wanted to see Tutu's dancing with this song so I created a plot that works with it. I hope everyone enjoys ^.^



This is the video that I would have entered into Otakon if I had finished it on time. I was trying to use the effects kind of like a texture to give more dimension to the video because the music has so many layers, and, while I was not trying to have one storyline, I was trying to show the connections between the characters and how their situations keep turning around with the dirty second hands of time.

Oh come on, no comments yet for "Deceiver"?! Come on Princess Tutu fans, you have to watch this!
I think the phrase "beautifully twisted" is a good way to describe it... both the editing and the story that's being told. (It's NOT how the series goes -- also, poor Fakir always seems to be the first one to get edited out of videos like this...)

Deciever is probably one of my favorite videos I've seen all year.

Here I thought that I had seen all that Tutu could possibly ever offer, but you creatively told an entirely different story, and added an element of drama/darkness to the series that it was in dire need of.

Editing/sync was fantastic and hit the beat/flow of the song beautifully. The few masking areas were done extremely well. While the ending was sad, I still feel like it was a necessary evil to cinch the AMV together at the end.

Highly reccomend.

Dirty Second Hands was really nicely edited, I love the style but I couldn't get into the AMV. Maybe the song just wasn't my cup of tea. Otherwise, pretty nice.

I'm really glad you like Deceiver ^.^ and thank you for letting me know what you think of Dirty Second hands, I keep thinking that maybe I overdid the effects or something, so I'm glad you like the style. To be honest, the song isn't really one of my favorites either ^^; I just thought it worked well with the anime.
