Anime Expo 2011 Anime Music Video Contest rules are up!

Strange question perhaps. But I can't find what day the AMV related events are on the schedule. With me only being in LA briefly I kind of need to know how to plan stuff. Anyone have any solid dates/times yet that I overlooked?

If I remember correctly, in the rules it said that the contest was going to be Saturday, July 2nd. I don't know if that's concrete yet, and AX hasn't posted any of the event scheduling yet...so we're all just waiting anxiously

No, that would not be concrete at all. There's some schedule juggling still in progress. Please be patient.

For example, I spent three hours with ye mistress o' scheduling yesterday to contort a happy home for AMV Chef. Scheduling is not easy. Move too many things carelessly and you risk conflicting an event with a related event or scheduling someone to be in two places at once, etc. ^^;;;

Well the Sharon Apple-er Hatsune Miku concert is supposed to be the 2nd (accordion to the toyota website) im guessing either our Twin-Tailed Overlord gets the early show in the afternoon or AMVs gets moved up and Miku gets the night show. Or they can just cancel the contest outright

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you or anything. I was just trying to help out with what information I remember seeing. I realize the scheduling must be a challenge, and the anxious waiting just comes from being so incredibly excited for AX this year.
