Let me just make a mention of several issues your video has in terms of technical issues. These are errors that a lot of first time editors make.
1) Watermark on top left. Cropping off can be a nice and simple fix, and then resizing to the proper size.
2) Stray subtitles from opening/ending credits.
3) Visual quality suffers a little, it's very blocky at times.
4) The video sizes aren't uniform. See how how your video has black borders on the top, bottom, left and right at times? It's generally a good idea to make sure and keep all the sizes the same, it makes it easier on the viewer.
5) The weird audio things probably comes from the anime you used, having stray audio tracks from the actual anime episodes.

Now, onto the video itself. You had some good sync points, and did a pretty good job trying to create characters for each of the girls. But then you have extremely weird dance scenes here and there. I think the word for this is that you tried to accomplish too much with the video. You went for literal sync half the time, and then went for mood sync with the dance scenes. You also ended the AMV at the worst possible time, without any real warning whatsoever.
So if I had any suggestions, it would be this:
1) Check out our technical guides, and try to fix your technical issues. Visual quality is something that can greatly help improve viewer enjoyment of the video.
2) Edit a full video all the way through, and try to keep the editing consistent. Experience is the best thing in this hobby.
3) Check out other videos in the genre that you'd like to edit. They can provide a nice framework and let you see how other people edit videos together. This can be a nice bit of knowledge, and can help improve your own talents as well.
