Personally, I thought your editing was a little slow for the pace of the song and was lacking in appropriate cuts. The song and anime just didn't seem to go together and didn't march the beat/flow of the song. Your visual quality was surprisingly good for WMV, but it could still be improved upon.
But it did have some traces of sync and you made a good attempt for it just being your second amv. The ending was also pretty well put together and had some nice closure.
I suggest checking out some other action videos and seeing how they put their videos together. That's one of the best ways to learn how to edit better.

thanks for the input 
when i was about halfway through i felt like there weren't really enough scenes i wanted, and i messed up some parts, but decided to just finish it since i could always go back and remake it. hopefully my next try will be better. i plan on doing a tribute to either Ali Al-Saachez or Graham Aker from Gundam 00 when i'm done rewatching.
