In order to announce your videos here, it is required that you enter them in the catalog first.
You can enter videos into the catalog by clicking on the following link:

Once you made an entry, you can also upload your video here. That is, however, not required, but if you wish to, you can do so here:

Once uploaded, the video will be re-encoded so that along with the actual video you uploaded, users may be able to stream it too. The streaming will be available shortly after, however you are free to change your profile so that no streaming is available and users may only download the video itself.
