Mission: Improbable Moral Dilemma

I have a problem, I had some in-fighting and bad blood on my project with an editor, due to the fact that he completely disrespected me, the other editors, and what we were doing. But he still submitted his part. Meanwhile, another editor approached me about being an alternate, and he had done his own version of the scene using the same anime. Now I'm not saying I like either editors part more than the other's, but I want you to decide who gets the final cut. Note that the clips are not necessarally in the order I described them, or they could be, I just want you to watch both of them, and shoot me an email to mr_panda2002@hotmail.com containing your ORG name, your choice, and why. I don't want any responses to this thread itself, due to the fact that I don't want any more bad blood than there already is.

Both of these files are rather small. Remember to right click and "Save As"

One thing I don't get is why we should watch both clips ... It's a moral dilemma not a quality issue non? Well then decide if the first person insulted you too much and is not willing to apologise (I would've kicked him out the second he started insulting to be honest) and base your decision on that...

is that fair to the viewer should one clipset be "better" than the other and exclude it because of personal issues?

im looking at it this way........hes doing this b/c he wants whats best for the VIEWERS and hes letting the viewers choose b/c they know what they want.

i personaly think this is very fair. this gives the editor who was being "rude" a chance to still be part of MI.
