I think you pretty much ignored the "main theme" of the music. The way you edited would be good for a simple, let's say, punk-rock music on 4 chords. But when piano dominates, each note equals to a chord in rock, so not a single one should be ignored. I'm not good with English terminology in the field of music, but I hope it was understandable.

Mmmh, actually I think I understand what you mean... I honestly can't bring myself to see every note as a sync point, or rather, not in this song. I feel it divided into "groups" so I guess it's just a different opinion on it in this case. But I'll try to keep it in mind if I'll happen to do another piano instrumental some other time, thanks.

Well put agressor. But you confuse some things - a melody is still bound to a chord. Still I agree that synching to a piano in that way doesn't look good. I'd either re-edit or put in some effects mirko.

Can't please everyone, mirko, just edit how you feel it should be synced. Do it one way and you get "sucks! too fast-paced, oversynced!" do it the other and get "boring, too simple!" It's all about tastes. Personally, I thought it was fine the way it was. \o/

I quite liked this. The instrumental really lends itself well to the storyline; synchronized music video at points, movie soundtrack at others. I appreciate that you edited the slower harpsichord parts differently than the techno. It was interesting and a complete story - a feat considering the length of audio.

Probably one of the best vids I have seen yet with this source (still trying to catch up on the downloads).
