To be real for me the more noticeable one is the minor. Actually I don't think this is about size, this is about where you interrupt the music. In the middle of your story is a way more noticeable when something goes wrong with the musical scale.

But now I will definitely stop, expecting that you understand the spirit of the thing.
As I said before, you did a good vid and deserve congratulations.

Never was interested to this movie until now, outstanding work!

You really nailed it with the whole dramatic atmosphere and the color tone it deserved.

The movie seems a bit too violent for my taste, always had a weak spot when it comes to women and children getting killed and etc.. but the plot looks interesting nonetheless.

Actually that came out wrong. What I meant was for this song I preferred it around 2 mins because the music gets repetitive, and there wasn't a whole lot of editing material left in Jin-Roh to work with for a 3-4 min long amv.

I wouldn't say I'm one of them, but it really just comes down to the source being used.
If you have good amount of source to work with, and can maintain the editing for 3-4 mins, then by all means.
But if not I think it's wiser to keep it short.

I found it hard to find the point of the video. I just felt like I was watching random scenes from the movie to some oddly picked music to go with it. True that there was some nice editing in the video but over all I felt lost to anything going on. As to the source being over used...eeh not really any more it had its lime light like ef A Tale of memories and 5 centimeters per second but nothing on the scale over time of DBZ and Naruto. I have to say its good that it was short, a 4 to 7 min video done like that would have made me keep it only to make others suffer. over all a 3/5 for general boredom.

It does follow a story, but it requires some brain usage, which you probably lacked during watching it.
From your comment it seems like your not fond of this sort of music, and that's just self preference, but calling it "general boredom" made me grin. If you haven't noticed most of the feedback I've gotten here is "entertaining to watch".
You obviously don't know a thing about editing. A entertaining amv isn't necessarily one that has special effects, but rather a video that has deeper meaning to it.
Anyways, that's your opinion, so I'll leave it at that. Thanks for watching.
