I rocked that music, but the video didn't jive for me. A lot of the footage felt too energetic to connect with such a mellow groove. It worked for some of the faster parts of the song, but overall I was more interested in the song than the video.

That's really a lot of what I felt. The groove was there, and the scenes were there about 50% of the time, but then the other 50% kind of had a weird flow to them. I mean, it was still enjoyable for me because I really dug the song and automatically love anything with Beck, but I kind of cringed every now and then peering back at it, I realized that the scenes that didn't work for me was all the Beautiful Sound scenes.
