The Tiger and The Dragon's Duet + Shinkai's Serenade

OK so I'm gonna be announcing two AMVs:




This one isn't so new but I didnt announce it when I first released it. Enjoy!





This one is my more recent amv. Finished this about a month ago for Anime Expo but didnt make it in so just uploading it. Enjoy this as well ^^

EDIT:

Shinkai: The start was too fast but still acceptable. 2:50 was too fast and NOT still acceptable (served no purpose, IMO). Hoshi no Koe is 4:3, not 16:9 and you just stretched it. The whole video had very bad quality and my bet is you just upscaled it - as far as I know there is no HD for Hoshi no Koe and 5cm and Beyond the CLouds have just BR - and this did NOT look like BR rips. You either screwed encoding up or you edited with DVDs in which case you should have stayed at 480p.
Otherwise nice mood and lyrics sync ;x 3/5
(sorry, I am pretty harsh on Shinkai AMVs - blame me :>

ToraDora: Weird lipsync at times (some of the words just didn't fit, IMO, though I couldn't blame you, 3 minutes of lipsync are 3 minutes). The source was DEFINITELY oversharpened, in case of the opening even oversaturated (I guess you used weird encode of clean OP) and the quality was sometimes high, sometimes low. Aaaaaand the background sometimes didn't make sense to lyrics at all.
Oh, also - that yellow rectangle bugged me the whole time. Logo problems? :<
Other than that, serious lipsync and good masking, nice fitting song and >good end<. 3/5

Yea with my amvs its always technical stuff that kills me. I really do need to work on that.
And with the ToraDora amv, it was kinda my first amv to have lip-syncing and masking as the main thing.

is it terrible to say I only watched the first one cause I liked the poster? x] and I dunno if it's just me but the pitch for song in the first one seems a little bit high?

For now I only saw the Toradora vid and .... it's okay

The yellow rectangle gets a bit annoying after a while and the lip-sync is so-so most of the time but I can see effort here and I just like Nya I liked the song choice. Overall, amv = happy times.

Aw, that was so cute. C: Wonderful masking job! Lip sync was off a little bit, but I think if it was precise then it would look strange. So, awesome work!
