Awwww.. Man.... You talk about PERFECT for an exhibition intro. I see that REALLY getting the crowd fired up and awesomefied!
The Good
1) OH MAH GAWD, the INTRO.
2) Scene selection was pretty. Here's the real thing that just made me "wowed". Everything but Soul Eater, SC and AMG looked and flowed so well it was like they were all the same anime.
3) It accomplished the feeling that Exhibition Intros need/want to accomplish and that to rile up the crowd and get them going wild.
4) Great quality.
5) Cute intro. Reminded me of "Out to SAve the World", which is something I wish that more people would emulate and/or get more creative with.
The Bad
1) Some scenes after the second half went just a tad too long and could have done with a little faster speed up [while maintaining good taste]
2) The police scene in the middle could have been edited better. As was, it was really just a long interlude and could have used more variety of scenes.
4.75/5.00
Fabulous work.

Definitely agree on this, as well as most of Code's other points. Overall, it was just a great amv. Really gets you pumped up. gjggjgjgjCode wrote:Awwww.. Man.... You talk about PERFECT for an exhibition intro. I see that REALLY getting the crowd fired up and awesomefied!![]()

I thought of Rick Roll for a second too. But nice, and yeah, if I was at a con, this would definately rile me up.

Lip sync wasn't nearly as tight as it coulda been which was really offputting and some of the sections really dragged on, Overall it was ok, Just had some Pacing issues mostly.

Thank you so much Code. I really appreciate your detailed critique. Oh and the reason why my intro reminded you of "Out to save the world" is because I actually contacted JudgeHolden and asked him what episode of Ah! My Goddess he used for the intro of his AMV. My original idea for the intro actually used a scene from Shugo Chara where all the guardian characters counted to the number six (roku)Code wrote:Awwww.. Man.... I never thought that this AMV would get such a good response from everyone. Thank you.Taite wrote:Definitely agree on this, as well as most of Code's other points. Overall, it was just a great amv. yeah, when I heard the line "gonna be a big man someday", I immediately thought of Black Star. That was actually one of the first few scenes that I edited.gotegenks wrote:enjoyed this a ton![]()

Awesome video \m/
I can't believe that I forgot to add that in. When I first started editing this AMV, I thought of using Rock Lee from Naruto and the Rick Roll song as my credits. But I decided not to use any Naruto footage simply because it has absolutely nothing to do with music (especially rock and roll.......besides from a Rock Lee reference). I still could have used the song thoughMinimoto wrote:I thought of Rick Roll for a second too. But nice, and yeah, if I was at a con, this would definately rile me up.
yeah, this was actually my very first attempt at editing anything with Adobe Premiere Pro. I'm still not completely familiar with the software. I chose to use Premiere simply because all the footage in this AMV (besides from the Shugo Chara scenes) are from DVDs. I didn't want to load all of those clips into Sony Vegas, so I decided that I would use Premiere to load the scripts. But without any doubt, I'm definitely better at using Vegas (especially when it comes to lip sync)NS wrote:Lip sync wasn't nearly as tight as it coulda been which was really offputting and some of the sections really dragged on, Overall it was ok, Just had some Pacing issues mostly.
