Sorry, but it just didn't click, probably because of:

R+V
Choosing the least interesting R+V heroine while at it
Useless fanservice bits
Too much randomness (though not that much, really)
The quality was weird (is that upscaled 480p? or was it from original authors?)
Flying words to lipsync (totally unnecessary and weird, yo! )
Moka lipsynced to "electric emotions burning in my circuits"? Just no, thanks.
At places weird sync hidden behind shaking and stuff, lipflap at one place, lots of smaller stuff I didn't care about, etc, etc...

So 3/5 mainly because of:

she - Atomic
Epic editing
