most of the rest of the video were somewhat random scenes placed in an order to evoke the emotion you thought the song portrade. No other part was literal. That didn't make sense to me.
I'd also prefer if the bird in the intro went up rather than downto be extra picky haha! but overall I REALLY liked this video! This video is magic, it's like crack to my storytelling binge mind.
Yeah I put some abstract images wich follow the lyric litterally (especially in the first piece), this was for show better his soul like when the song says (we all have something that dig at us) and there is the images with half of the evil face, or maybe when it says (my ego up) and there is the bull who comes... but at 01:09 starts the classical storytelling of the film where black fight against the mafia while white was injured. Even if the images tells perfectly the lyric it's not random, it continue the story as at 2:06 when white was taken away and he becomes crazy. That's why from a point I didn't tell the lyric litheraly more. However if you haven't see the film I know it's a little hard to follow all these things coming up that's why I won't put a lot of effects.
The only random scene for evoke the emotion is the sketch crayon color part at 2:52 because it was really so perfect there.
