I'm pretty picky when it comes to 3D integrated into amvs, since they often don't blend well together. Well, except for Chris's Daydream, he managed to pull that off pretty nicely :3 I'd recommend watching that one, if you haven't already.
As for the video.. the beginning started off just fine, it was a cool idea, but the rest was just a mess... most of the effects didn't really make sense to me. I was hoping more that you would evolve your story somehow in this ''room'' or whatever you call it, instead of the constant random action.

This video is a great example on how 'not' to use riot gear.
I really think you have great potential but this video just seems like you threw fifty billion idea's in one five minute video. Try putting more focus with your effects and how you pattern them. Also your typography needs much work.

Take out the effects, and I think it might have been pretty nice. The editing in the spots without effects were really entertaining. This was really the definition of "too much".
