please read Kalium's AMV Theory primer -> storytelling section it is trying to be #2 but starts every verse with #3 I can take a little bit of a literal connection when your making such a video but when you put abstract (or rather random) pictures that can be otherwise translated as 'emotional sync' after it it just seems random. IE the sick kid in the bed. Bad. I know it says 'sick' but the withering flower would have been fine most of the rest of the video were somewhat random scenes placed in an order to evoke the emotion you thought the song portrade. No other part was literal. That didn't make sense to me.

I'd also prefer if the bird in the intro went up rather than down to be extra picky haha! but overall I REALLY liked this video! This video is magic, it's like crack to my storytelling binge mind.

<Fall_Child42> It's a very well done video keeps up the pace, good motion, good scene slection, good transitions ... but both times i was watching this I just got really bored halfway through.
<mirkosp> some scenes felt like they were thrown there to fit together, but he also seemed to have used a lot of difference footage and cramped it together

<Fall_Child42> The Pencil Crayon section caught my interest again because it was different ... but after that was over I just didn't give a damn anymore

<mirkosp> I haven't seen an anime, but since I've been a beta tester, I know there are a lot of effects

<mirkosp> but I'm amazed at how if I didn't know about them, I wouldn't be able to tell that some of those scenes were indeed altered
<mirkosp> some I can tell that were user made, but others blended very nicely

I was skeptical at first when you said you were doing Dig with Tekkonkinkreet :X But you seriously did a damn good job ^^ was suprised there was enough footage to keep up with the song lol I'm keeping this one :3 good stuff simo.
