  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Holy shit I was at Naka-Kon also, I was surprised to see that someone from this studio was so close to me. I was the one who won best action for my .hack video "Beating" if you remember watching that. I gotta say its a pretty nice video, just didn't like the shake work in the beginning and I have to agree with others about it being a little chaotic and hard to figure out.

Sometimes could be more dynamic ;-) but generally good work :)
I think that you managed to keep the atmosphere of the horror pretty well. In places could be better but still good 4/5

The strongest point is the atmosphere. Sometimes it all gets a little chaotic but IMO it helps to create some kind of a build up for the whole thing. It's really good for 2h work.

Could complain about a few areas but ehh... 2 hours of work... deadline... bleh...

Another reaction: At first I was like horror? Wtf? After watching it I totally agree.

If you can do this in 2 hours then holy shit, finish a video already :P

4/5
Ohh go on and tell me what worked and didn't (even though I rushed the hell out of this) >_< I feel like I'm lacking in editing skill haha...I need to learn as much as I can right now. And yea....I did have a hard time deciding if it was a horror video also. I did notice a few mistakes after I rendered the video...but I had no time to fix anything..but I could have before I released Xo Thank you Eva.

Most people seem to like the atmosphere haha...at least I got that right. Thanks ^^

I liked it :)
Ahhh I knew, making a video the way I did would kind of be the downfall. Normally I would try harder at getting the point across but I couldn't help it this time XD Yes, she is going through time to fix things that she didn't want to happen which was her downfall. The glowing characters were part of the footage XP but I do agree that some parts really felt alot too plain than others...I wasn't consistent :< Thank you, glad you enjoyed.
lynit wrote:I have yet to see this but the fact that you finally managed to edit and release a video (and tell me about it) is win enough.

GG sir
You need to edit also :nono: Thanks lol

Of course I remember your vid. It was impressive (the bass from the speakers wow....if you know what I mean). Before they started playing the videos I saw your video file name (your studio name was in it)...I was like, "What?!! I've seen that studio name from somewhere?!" Ahh the shake in the video was natural. I really didn't use too many effects at all.....black and gray, speed changing, and luma key (I usually keep it simple). This vid is hard to figure out lol...shouldn't have made something like this for a con XP Thanks glad you liked it. You should hang out with us next time :D

You know, I think because I rushed I focused way more on atmosphere rather than syncing and other stuff. Thanks Cross/fade.

To be honest, watching the first few seconds and the last few seconds at the convention kind of freaked me out. It was loud and everything was moving so fast lol Thanks for watching ^^

As others have mentioned, considering you did this in 2 hours it's a very well done video. Keep up the good work!
