The effects on the original had a much bigger impact on the video.

Also, what happened to the poster you were working on? I liked it better, even if you needed to clean the type a little.

2005 is no excuse for ignoring obvious mood/tune changes in the music. That's basic stuff.

but yeah have to say that this amount of sync is quite impressive for 2005 even if I don't like it.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course. I'm just saying that while a bad excuse that's what it boils down to. That's all ;]

Wait, what happened to your Animatrix video? Did you change it to GitS2? And then changed the audio? And the name? Huh... interesting.

I did not see the original but the "wow" factor is extreme for this release. The 60fps really adds a deep-contrast/liquid feel to this video.

What I was going for so I'm glad I was able to achieve that.

i liked the old one, this one looks better, but i had problems to play it. Only after some tries it played.

Once I have my hosting solution worked out, I'll be sure to make some xvid and/or lower res alternatives available.

I never saw the original, but this was pretty good. I thought that it was a bit heavy with the brightness/contrast changes. I would have liked to see some other effects to break it up a bit, but it is still great though.

The original was "heavier" on the contrast changes then this one. I did add a little extra subtle layer on top of things. But most of it gets lost in the fast paced action scenes I guess. I can assure you that you'd think it'd feel bland without them.

I'd be wary of that. Plushies are supposed to be inanimate objects. With the exception of Felos of course but he's a special one. Regardless if she keeps moving around you'd be wise as to keep it away from sharp objects. Preferably keep it on a leash or one of those shock collars.

As for the poster, I just wasn't feeling it. Once doen with this one I felt the same. But I needed something after all. Maybe because I don't value it a "actual release" I don't feel like working on it too much.
