Ok, first let me apologize. It's videos like this that really get the RANTING out of me, and as usual with my new rule, I'll be leaving a QC and Opinion on this too. :D

The Good:

1) Ok, first of all, I gotta say. EXCELLENT source/song matchup. The two fit together so well it was almost eerie! I honestly think that the two paired together could have been a real music video you'd see on MTV.
2) Overall, you had some pretty awesome scene selection. The lyrics matched what we saw on the screen, and you could really kind of just "dive" into the world and touch the fireflies!
3) Visually fine. Same with audio.
4) The intro was amazingly fitting, and the atmosphere and flow in this small area was just oddly amazing and fun to watch. Everything up to 1:03 was just synced really well, and fit the overall flow amazingly well. :D

The Bad:

1) The flow of the video kept getting interrupted, which really made me a little sad. :( By that, I mean that the sync kept changing, a scene lasted far too long, or the beat wasn't flowed with. And because of that, the overall atmosphere of the video suffered. [See Below]
2) Shameless lens flares. You know, more subtlety would have done those effects a world of justice.
3) Unncessary Effects.. Like at 1:10ish and definitely around 1:43 with the eye. I was kind of surprised to see them, since it really didn't match the song or the overall feel the video had had up until then.
4) LONG scenes. 1:32's scene is one of them. One of the biggest gripes I had with the video was the long scenes. More movement and more scenery change could have really put this video right over the top.
5) Lack of climax. You know, when the tempo of the video went up around 1:32, I was expecting more action or more movement, but the static scene kind of contradicted the feeling of the song. Same situation towards the end of the video when the end of the song was coming and the beat gets faster, and we have another static scene. IT was pretty to look at and was fitting to the lyrics, but didn't match the music.

The Random
1) What was with the boob grab? O_o

______________

But really, my opinion isn't really reflected well of the video in the above. Personally speaking, I loved it. It was new, I loved the song and I loved the concept behind it. It was fun to watch, I had a great time watching it from beginning to end, and I'll be keeping it for quite a while. :D

The beginning worked well, except I would have I liked to see more variation in the lens flares. After the lyrics started, it fell apart for me though. Maybe that's because I had a different video in mind for it, maybe not, but you did an okay job with this.

Also: I'll probably not watch this cause I already have in my mind too well how I think it should be edited.

The first 1:06 of this video is truly fantastic. You didn't go overboard with the lyric sync, the flow was just right, pretty much everything was spot-on (even the lens flares were bearable). After that the video just fell apart for me. Scenes went on for WAY too long far too many times throughout the video for me to be able to overlook it, random effects were thrown in throughout the video for no reason other than perhaps you thought you needed them (you didn't), and the video lost all conceptual consistency. If you had followed through with the style you showed in the first third of the video, it would have been a wonderful interpretation of this song. I was disappointed, though.

Ahhh. You's finally released it. I wonder if you took any of my advice into consideration.......Will edit once watched.

EDIT: IT was definitely a lot better than when you first showed it to me. I still think you should kept up with the starry twinkle type effects throughout. As I said, I was expecting to see it throughout the first time I saw it. I was glad you extended i though, even if it was just a little. You changed a lot of scenes around which made it look a world better, but I do agree with code that some of these scenes were unecessary and made me go "Where did that come from?"

Still my thought stays that this is indeed a lot better than when you fist showed it to me. As stated, twinkle effect.....I woulda liked to see more of it throughout the vid instead of just that one spot at the beginning. Still, nice job.

Zetzu, same in Poland :) it's played over and over again xD

Well about vid... I downloaded it cos I rly like the song and i thought that it could be somethin enjoyable but in fact it's not.
The variety and the amount of the sounds in this song, needs quite well done sync. I see that you was trying to did something with this lights and sync them (probably like in original vid). Yeah in places sync of course should be wider, but when we have a mass of sounds you just show us a scene that takes 5-6sec sometimes even more and nothing happened... You just hadn't planed and edited the whole vid as it should be :) but it's a pity cos it looks like this anime has a lot of potential with this song :)
3/5 :)

I liked it.

The editing in the beginning looked like you put more thought into it. The rest look like you went into test/quicky mode.

I totally agree with most ppl here: The first minute of the video was amazing, both in mood and sync. After the first minute, the sync falls apart pretty badly.

Still pretty watchable i'd say ^^
