Advik 2010 Short AMVs contest
Short AMVs Contest of Advik 2010, the annual con held in Prague, The Czech Republic. Advik 2010 will be held on July 28 - August 1, 2010.
It's our first year of the contest, so we're basically just trying stuff up. The idea is to create a room for those short AMVs that don't get accepted anywhere. We have UPPER limit of 90 seconds.
No genres this year, max. 3 entries per person.
Rules can be found on http://test.advik.cz/amvs_en.html so please read them ;x
I am the coordinator and you can just simply send me a mail regarding where your AMV is: n.c.p.advik@gmail.com
Please provide the following information in the email:
1) Your name and possibly your studio’s name
2) The AMV’s information
a. The name of your video(s)
b. The name of the series from which you are drawing your visual material
c. The name of the song you are using, as well as the original artist
3) A link to where your video can be downloaded. If you plan on mailing in your copy, a mailing address will then be provided to you in the reply email.
4) Please state whether you plan to attend Advik.
5) Please state that you are the original creator of this AMV.
Entry deadline is June 28th. Please have your email sent by June 28th.
I will personally recode any video that will be deemed unfit for playing on the con, though majority (like mpeg1/2, XviD/DivX avi or h264 mp4) should be fine as is.
(Yes, I inspired myself by Otafest info greatly. Also I apologize, but most of the Advik pages are still in creation so the rules are practically only stuff working on there in English.)
