That's the wrong way to look at it, here's why:

Yes, AD started at year 1, but a decade is just "10 years". doesn't matter when that "decade" started. so I could essentially come back in two years and say the decade ended but I would be referring to the decade of 2002 - 2012... that would be stupid. But it's stupider to say that the decade begins on 2011 if you go by the fact that you don't include 2010 when you talk about the 00 decade. It's like saying 1990 was part of the "80s" or 2000 was the "90s". Its silly and wrong. So the "2010s" started January 1st 2010 and end December 31st 2019 :P

Any other way to look at it is that I started editing in January 2000, so my first decade of editing ended and a new one has begun. Either way, it was my last video of the decade :P

No - It's mathematically and computationally correct. Just because we've been conditioned to look at it the wrong way, doesn't make it correct. Unlike opinion laden philosophical bullshit, Math is pretty solid stuff. "A decade" is 10 years, "the decade" would be the 10-year period last formed from consecutive 10 year periods from a defined starting point (1 in this case).

I'm not disputing the mathematics. As you said, " "A decade" is 10 years, "the decade" would be the 10-year period last formed from consecutive 10 year periods from a defined starting point (1 in this case)." The problem with that statement is the last four words, it doesn't matter what the starting point is, it can be 1990 and my statement is still mathematically true based on what you said. It all depends on what you want that starting point to be. It would be a different story if i said it was "the end of the x decade since 1 AD."

awsm job scott

Honestly, I don't really know or understand baseball, but this was an enjoyable, oldschool character video, even if you just took it as a narrow sort of growing-up story. I wish there was more off-pitch character development here and a little less repetition (it was effective when you had age changes and the pitch speed numbers going up, but less so when it sorta just stacked the same moves on each other), but maybe it's just me and my lack of love of the game >__>
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Dude, totally... it's all that brainwashing that made us think that 1990 ISN'T in the 80s... how crazy is that?

Thanks. I wish i could've done more cause there's so much more to the series then just pitching. I ultimately decided to just stick with the pitching.

I think I will do that. THough I am not a huge baseball fan (as in watching it, I do like to play it), but Neither was I a huge racing fan (yet i loved capeta) nor tennis fan (yet i liked pricne of tennis) nor a big Go fan (until I watched hikaru no go) nor... ok you get the point. Plus I do like all of Mitsuru adachi's sports mangas as well. So I may end up liking this.
