Damnit I'm a sucker for this song (or any club music actually) so I ended up viewing. Wasn't bad really. I liked some of the FX work most noticeably 0:27ish and 0:46ish. Some of the FX didn't feel right tho and were too rough. IMO unnatural edges in videos should be blended/feathered. Like your square'd color bars, those should be blended/feathered cause they aren't part of the anime IMO.
Well... short... but I liked it a bit. Birthday video apparently so being short isn't that much of a problem.

If you want to be a better editor, than first add the anime that you used in the amv ( You used the TTGL Yoko ecchi shit not the series ) the editing was fine for this video and there were sexy bitches so okey, but Toradora and Yoko Ecchi shit is getting overused so it would be better if you use more source

Your footage was, mostly, static and boring. Effects can only do so much to make up for the fact you're using boring footage. You want to do dance, use footage that's upbeat and fast paced.
