For a first it's actually nice :)

The pace of the video was pretty balanced and felt regular,
the lyric sync justified the song choice,
good scene selection to the various parts of the song,
no logos or subtitles.

Let's say you're on the right direction :D everything else will come naturally as you edit/watch moar amvs and have new ideas :)

you forgot to compress your audio, thats why its so big. You'd get better quality video also. Since this is a .mov file, are you on a mac by chance?

If your on a PC, use Xarx264gui to compress to mp4 with h264 video and aac audio. If your on a mac, I'm pretty sure you can choose an audio codec in whatever you used to compress the .mov, but I'm not too knowledgeable in that area, perhaps someone else who is can point you to the proper tools.

The video is pretty good for your first actually, you got the pacing down pretty good, which usually takes practice to master. Like others said, its got some rough edges, but the rest will come with practice.

Good to see a Naruto AMV that uses the "Naruto vs. Sasuke" fight but properly builds up to it at the end instead of exclusively focusing on it, is well organized and composed, cleanly edited and free of distractions, and nicely paced and sync'ed. A good blend of action and more thoughtful scenes. This is a very good first AMV, or at least better than my first shot, fwiw. Hope to see more from you.
