Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Re: The Thursday MEP
Well if the audio mix wasn't good, someone could have mentioned it.
I did put out a beta and asked for feedback on it, and put out version 2 and continued to ask for feedback....

I did give feedback but there was no better way to mix them, if I remember the conversation correctly.Dar wrote:Well if the audio mix wasn't good, someone could have mentioned it.

Oh well dar, we get better by experience, Atleast it didnt die like 40% of meps on here, Atleast you could say, "I Made a Mep" You Should be proud of yourself, and plus maybe you let the wrong people in, i suggest the next mep you do you have atleast 2 more helpers, Someone who is well respected for their editing, and someone who YOU think can edit well.Angelyco wrote:I did give feedback but there was no better way to mix them, if I remember the conversation correctly.Dar wrote:Well if the audio mix wasn't good, someone could have mentioned it.

Re: The Thursday MEP
Well, the intro credits were good, I must say the best transition was the one from TGTLTT to Hellsing IMO, it went on naturally, while the others were just too abrupt; making good transitions in such changes of music pace is very hard (video to video should be easier). The tracks I liked the most were the Hellsing, the Ghost in the Shell and the Ergo Proxy ones. I felt like the Ergo Proxy track had a minor problem in sync (maybe it was VLC that was lagging my computer, but I believe it was well synced but in the exporting it somehow unsynced a bit like you can notice on the beats), nothing too worrying though.
It was OK in general, you did it in 3 months after all
