Tenchi Universe: You Belong with me

Just a lil Tenchi vid that I hope manages to capture how the anime could be downright zany and serious in one fun package. And as a minor spolier, Ryoko wins. She's always been my favorite.

Technically speaking I get the feeling the scenes are a little jumpy at spots, and I know of at least two little instances that bug me when I watch it. So any advice on polishing it up for a future con entry would be most appreciated too. ^^

Not at all what I was expecting, but in a good way. =D

I really enjoyed it. Splitting up the romance to Techni's harem instead of just between two girls was a great concept and you did a great job showing that in the video. The music and editing fit well together, and that's what really surprised me. That such an old anime and such a new song fit really well together.

But somehow it did, and I'm thrilled!

Video quality was meh, but it was good enough that it doesn't bother me.

Also after 3:04 wasn't as wepic as it could have been. Needed a climax here to make it really over the top. =D

Also, it reminds me I need to revisit this series.

I really enjoyed watching this . I'm actually a little surprised at just how much I liked it. The editing was pretty simple, but you definitely got the job done.

Its been a while since I've seen this series, but I think that you could have used scenes from "Tenchi in Tokyo (TV)" to match the lyrics a little better. And also, I agree with Code about how the video could have made good use of a climax. But nevertheless, this AMV made me smile.

Video - Xvid is real-easy to under expose ( low data rate )

I love music, the lyrics of the song is very close to the lyrics of a song by "Alex Syntek" (in Spanish )

Well about the AMV, the sync is very good and the selection of scenes are well suited to the general atmosphere... but I feel that many times the scenes fluides is loose and slow, you try to use more scenes, 2:45 to 3:05... it was magical!

About the video issues, any suggestions (avs scripts or xvid settings?) I could use to try and up the video quality some? I'll admit that I'm still just this side of clueless when it comes to tweaking things.
