Re: The hast actually released something?
Ok, as much grief as we give you around here, that was actually pretty good Hasty.
You had a solid concept that I just ADORED. "Where's my love?" ESpecially using chobits, that just made me grin and laugh because it was sooooo cute coming from a persocom. You relied heavily on Chobits storyline for users to understand the concept, but I honestly think even without the chobits storyline, it was solidly edited enough that anybody could get it. What it really reminds me of is Human, which was one of my all time favorite videos on this site.
I think your editing captured the mood of the song and video really well. Now it wasn't without its flaws. I didn't like the fact that it was so short [I wanted to see more!], and I didn't like that the credits just cut out without a fade. I also didn't like the black fades. The white fades MADE the video light and airy, and the black fades kind of took away from it. :52-:58 had too many white fades, I think some crossfading would have done it better justice and with longer video segments there.
The video quality was really good too.
But overall, I really liked it Hast. I really really liked it.
Your editing style reminds me of a hybrid cross of Nya-Chan and Kenzi with just a splash of Infinity Squared on top.
I hope to see more [LONGER] videos from you.

That was suprisingly decent, turned out hella better from the beta you showed me months ago. You did abuse the white fade a bit too much tho. Scene selection worked ok tho, which is good. OTOH it really ended when it was supposed to actually begin, it just felt like the intro sequence just ended and I was about to see the actual vid... and that actual vid turned out to be the credits. >_>
So yeah, a teaser without a clear end, but just a dragged on beginning, prolly the song's fault tho.
On another note, figure out how to crop because those borders were pretty noticeable.
Imma rate this 3/5 and leave it at that. Good job for a first.

Daw you killed Aaron
And I specifically chose to cut the credits in so suddenly just so that people would go all IT'S OVER?
Anyways thanks glad you liked it.
THANKS. Well it ended up so short cause that was the cut Nya gave me for the collab, didn't feel like asking her for the rest and I wanted to just release something already ya know? And I kinda liked the black fades ;_;Code wrote:Ok, as much grief as we give you around here, that was actually pretty good Hasty.

I saw the borders after, I didn't feel like re-encoding AGAIN.mirkosp wrote:That was suprisingly decent, turned out hella better from the beta you showed me months ago.
