I guess what I was looking for was a yes or no answer
I only found all this out cuz I was making a reference to a non-anime related vid I thought was funny pertaining copyright infringement and the best link for the vid was on the tube. I understand the reasonings and respect that, which is why, I want to know... are we or are we not allowed to link the tube. Plain and simple, black and white, yes or no.
I ask this because in the youtube post or even the forum rules for that matter, it gives no clear answer on whether or not we can.
I appreciate the attention to this matter and the responses I've received thus far. But I guess I'll just assume it's a no and drop the subject. But I do feel, if this is such an important issue, it should be in the rules.
