Yes, but with very few exceptions, most the AMVs I've seen would have been better at 3 minutes than they were at 5.

I've seen a few longer AMVs that were really good. But only a few.

That said, you're the one who has to look at all the entries so, you know...

The minimum length of each entry is 30 seconds. There is no maximum length. Please hover your mouse pointer over this ? mark for more details!
Wow...guess this is my lucky day. I did make a long-ass video this year (I promise it won't be a habit)...and I really liked editing it/the final result so it's nice to at least have an opportunity like this.

Your conditions sound fair enough. I'll give it a shot. :)

We usually have DVDs or something from the prize department. Nothing real fancy. AUSA's a small con and I feel bad asking them for money for trophies and stuff, especially when they're so generous to my staff and let me do pretty much whatever I want with the room. All of the equipment in the AMV room was self-purchased, so I'm not really that motivated to spend even more on FABULOUS PRIZES, especially when the winners tend to live in other countries where it costs $24 just to ship 1 disc :-/

Mine is sented. Scented, even, if WTF has a smell.

I couldn't decide between upbeat or comedy so I leave it up to the wisdom of the Vic or whoever makes that decision.

Filled out the forms and will mail out the DVD on Monday.

Pasting all those Linkin Park songs together to make a 42 minute Naruto AMV was...

Just kidding :) Two short ones. One Drama (sort of) and one Upbeat.

Looking forward to another great AUSA!
