There are some little 'mistake edits' and WAY too much black, but it's good all the same.

For some reason, I cant get the last 30 seconds of your amv to play. It says that your amv is 3:15, but at 2:33, the video skips and ends. And when I preview it on the site, it says that the video is only 2:34.
But from what I've seen, you really overdid the lip sync. I think that you could have taken out 95% of your lip sync and replaced them with scenes that that actually show what is being said. But great idea for song selection though. This song could actually be good for a lyric synced Haruhi video, but too much lip sync kinda kills it. The guide was awesome! Loved the read, opened my eyes heaps, considering I just did the AMV off nothing.
I'll re-encode it in AVI or something and upload that, it does the same for me, and I have to say, the last bit is the best, took a good 12 hours.

For future reference, I fixed the video, I don't know what happened, if anyone could enlighten me, that would be great, so I don't have to go through this again.
