It looked good, very short to reach more of a conclusion, though. What I didn't like and I think you should avoid is using same scene from people with eyes open and closed (0.10 and 0.40). I don't know why, but when you use the same scene twice, and difference in something like the eyes, I just think it doesn't look well.
Also the clip at the first part of the video had bad quality. And maybe you did it on purpose, but it seems like it was way out from the amv mood.
Things like the bell that rings around 0.23 should have life and not just appear as a single image IMO. It doesn't have the same potential this way.

That's all I can add, good overall.

Hmmm... yeah, you are prolly right with the eyes, mainly in the second case (the first time is more fitting). The first clip was actually the only thing I haven't frameserved... I have whole PC rendered in lagarith, who knows... but PC is known for kinda weird look (grainy) in some parts, so it might be that?
Also, i hate Tokikake... How to make something in that style and not spoil too uch? ;___;

This wasn't all that bad, but I didn't really like it so much. It was pretty short and wasn't long enough to express much. How the amv was put inside something else from 0:21-0:42 really bugged me. If it would've moved around or just did something it would've been more interesting. I really didn't like the syncing itself, it was just pretty much paused frames whenever the designated beat came up, which I really didn't think flowed all that well except certain parts like around 35 secondish for example. 0:01-0:21 was nice though. Overall, it was okay.
