  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Honestly the only way I can describe this video.

:awesome:

Honestly though, I expect more from Frost. I could watch the same action video on any youtube channel.

you guys are being to harsh on this... You're treating this minute long video that he spent maybe a couple days on to try and just get back into amvs... like his older videos that he made when he actually edited regularily and spent a good amount of time on.

I also didn't say to praise him, I'm just saying keep it in mind and tell him specifically where he went wrong.

The video itself was pretty short which bugged me, and it felt like it was started in the middle of a song (not sure if it did or not? o.o;). It's synced a lot differently from how I would expect it to be, which I liked. Other than that, I enjoyed this.

.side note.

First youtube was being targeted for simply put; bad editing, and now since some of the editors got a bit better it's now targeted for unoriginality, whats next. o.o Not like I don't agree for the most part it's just a bit weird.

But back on topic, I hope to see more from you soon Frost. :)

Sync was good but apart from that it didn't really do anything for me. It seemed more like you picked a long action scene and just synched it to the music, for me to like a vid it needs a bit more going on. I think for editing sync practice, and getting back in the swing of things it was good for you to make and practice on but overall it just wasn't enough to peek my interests.

Well, now that it got obvious that there actually are some good editors originated from the tube, we need a different reason to hate on them, don't we? :amv:

Usually I don't like such type of videos with animes that I don't even watch and like.

However I liked this video. It has a certain style and sticks to it. Also it's not to long and that's why it is not exhausting and it stays fresh.

00:18 Subtitles? :nono: Or make them more obvious. I think "Go Away" would have fit to it.

i like your style. I would like to see more from you.
