Feedback on cataloged Anime Music Videos

Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:

Got this from the site yesterday but just watched it earlier this morning.

I think that if you would have gone with straight-cuts instead of crossfades most of the time, that would have done a big difference(positively)
Though the mood was pretty nice at some parts, it still felt a bit random. I would have liked a bit more linked scenes to build a story to the concept. All in all, a totally alright video :)

I expected a bit more drama in the louder parts of the song(Skillet = awesome!) but overall I thought it was pretty well edited :D Nothing really bugged me in particular..maybe the opening slightly,it was nice but I didn't really get what you were trying to sync to.

Still it was a very very nice vid.Me <3

I agree with ZetZu that this video would have benefited from using more straight cuts, but other than that I thought this was a pretty enjoyable video. Good work! :up:

Ok, in fact all AuN members love romantic animes? huhu

I feel like you're not in the flow of the music, I wouldn't have edited this way at all. The editing is not bad but it feels really strange to me.

In addition, I saw a video using the same music recently with Soul Eater by a totally unknown AMVer called Thalia and I prefer her video even if there are some beginner's mistakes.

Hehe. I can't help it! I love the romancey stuff :P

I had lack of editing time and polishing like Deshi said. I never had anyone beta test it because I've been so busy with working all the time and everyone else was busy. Yes I know I could of have HAD made it better, but I still like it nonetheless. I'm going to try to edit more videos in the future when I have more time.
