Ok... I'll be detailed since I hope you'll be able to improve through feedback.
I'll start with quality because:
<mirkosp> I'm not a quality bitch
<Pas> yes you are
<Pas> you bitch... of quality
So yeah quality. The file weighted 80MBs, but it had NASTY blocking, due to a bad compression. And the AR was wrong. It seemed like you squished a 16:9 to 4:3 and then cropped and upscaled it to 1280x720. That's meaningless cause you screw up the ratio and waste space on detail that doesn't exist. The blocking was probably due to some bad codec setting. I'm betting that you exported in mp4 from Vegas directly. Well, don't. What you do is export uncompressed and then compress in h.264 with a GOOD codec, like the x264, the Vegas H.264 codec is pretty lame... use the Zarx264gui to compress, defaults will look good enough, just load the uncompressed vid in it by dragging the avi file over the first space and then click encode.
Now that I got quality issues covered, which were just a side issue, onto the MAIN issue with this video... the editing.
The editing seriously suffered, mainly for 3 reason.
1st) Text. The text just didn't fit. Bad font, bad colour, bad size, bad positioning but worst of all bad reason for having it there. It's like you wanted the text to help the amv making sense, which is wrong. The scene selection itself should make sense, so you shouldn't try to achieve it with text usage. The text ended up detracting from it all because I wanted to focus on the scenes, but the text covered it, and it just reaped it all since it was pink text over black and white video... it was just a not working combo.
2nd) Borders. These flower - or w/e were them - borders just didn't add anything, at most they made the vid feel cramped up, which wasn't exactly the feeling you should have been looking for.
3rd) Scenes. The scene selection itself suffered, it was too "general", let's say. It didn't make your point through that much. Also, the song just didn't work for the concept in the end. You might have had a better video if the end was like... the song having a happy crescendo or something and them kissing or embracing or something and finally having colors instead of black and white, it could have sort of expressed some feeling or at least a hint of it. But instead the song just had a dramatic end when you had a scene of reunion then fade away and it just didn't make sense, I'm left thinking "did they actually go back together or did they part forever in the end?". Whatever the ending was, just make it clear.

So yeah, overall, this was a bad vid, imho. It suffered for the aforementioned reasons. Remove the text and the borders, work on the AR and think more of the scenes and you WILL improve. Also, make sure the audio and video DO wholly fit together.
Sorry man, that's what I think, you might think it's an harsh feedback, but I'm being honest here, and I'm trying to be helpful too. 1.5/5 rounded up to 2 is what I'll give this 'cause I'll give it that you tried to do something and spent some effort on it, though it wasn't well spent effort judging from the outcome.

Hello

I thought pretty much the same that reismirkosp, about the text and the flowers border. The text color should be something like white, that color you have put on them turned off pretty much of the video. The other problem I think that you could see on the flowers border, is that when you turned off the opacity from the overall clips you used, it seemed like the border opacity also was affected. I don't actually know if it was made that way, but if the idea was to remain all the video, it would have been a little bit better to make it differ from the video itself.
Also, the overuse of the white and black scenes made it look like it was anything else, and it could have been given a little more importance if you only used it in a few clips other than most of the video.
The quality issue, might be important in some way, but its the most easy thing to fix, and the less to worry about.

I'm afraid that, like the guy before me said, 'harh feedback' is what you could get, but it's the most valuable you can find, because you really get to know that people think you can improve, and also, you now know what you have and can improve. Keep trying

Alright, so I gave this one a try...

When it comes to fonts, I'm quite picky with them.

The font in this video was just tasteless and didn't blend with the current black and white settings and layout.

As for the flower textures, it was probably a nice idea but it would've been better without them.

x2 on this.
Also, pink wasn't really the right color to pick for the text I don't think.
and as mirko stated. A mp4 of 4 minutes duration with the size of 80 megs, should have a lot better quality than that.
general editing felt rather bland and it felt as if you relied to much on your texts to do the story telling.

not only was the font and color bugging me, but you didn't succeed to blend the text into the video properly.
the way you displayed the words right in the face of the viewer just made it harder to watch the video while reading the texts.
Also.. I had problems making out some of the letters at times, and found myself ignoring the whole video just to read that one letter and word.

All in all, I give you a 1.8/5
