I need an anime scene or two where you see a falling star/ shooting star (whatever you call it) actually falling in the sky. Episode numbers would be a great help but I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Falling star scene
Haha... I just used this footage in my AMV a couple weeks ago. It's not a shooting star, it's actually a burning satellite, but it looks wonderful and I'm sure it will work for you.
Planetes, episode 1, 21:00 minutes into it. It goes for about 40 seconds.
How much footage do you need?

Lucky Star had one such episode. If I can figure out the episode number, I'll let you know.

Howl's Moving Castle.
Also, Magical Play, but I don't remember what episode...3, I think.
