Let it be known, above all, Rin is my favorite, then Hanako, Lilly and Emi. Misha and Shizune are tied for last place...

I highly doubt she will just disappear...yes, she most likely will be around less if you get more intimate with Shizune and learn sign-language but she still will be around in normal settings for everyday purposes...

Well yea, 'disappear' was meant to be hyperbole, which probably didn't come across very well in that context. I do wonder just how much she'll still be around, though. She at least has to be there in class and student council activities, but how much of a part she gets deeper in the story I'm curious about.

Though Shizune's arc will still be one of the later arcs that I [purposely] complete. I'll end up doing Hanako > Lilly > Rin > Emi/Shizune, if I don't botch some choice and wind up with someone I didn't mean to wind up with.

But seriously, now that you mention it, and the more I think about it, the more boring it seems. Rin's worth going through her route and finding all the endings. Since Emi's the person who Hisao could relate to the most (both had a "normal" life before an "incident"), it would be interesting to see how their relationship develops. Since Misha doesn't have a route and her disability isn't mentioned, that's probably worth checking out Shizune's route. If I read correctly, Kenji's "route" isn't going to expand, but maybe a double date (to gather intel) would be worth a comical moment for each of the routes. I can't say much about Lilly and Hanako, except for their bad endings may be worth checking out.
