How many times must I say this. I could care less that I lost. That fact wasn't even brought into the matter at all. The whole discussion started when Raep came and chimed in his little insultary 2 fuckin cents. And the conversation evolved from there. New editor? Hardly. I've been editing for a very long time. Way longer than youtube has been around or maybe you for that matter. Relativley new to AMV's? Yes, I am. But don't sit there and call me a newbie. I'm skilled, same as you. I just needs as you put it. "Worlds of improvement" I do sit back and take stuff in, and whenever I apply that knowledge, I get a bunch of insulting comments. I take criticism fine, but there is a difference between criticism and insulting and I'll be damned if I am going to sit here and let people insult me or my videos. "You suck, stop editing" is hardly consider4ed constructive, and if you could see a lot of the QC's left on some of my video's, you would be uphauled by the kind of deragotary statements that people could write.
"It sucked"
"This is shit"
"Waste of my life"
And it doesn't end at the QC's either. I get a lot of statements like this in some of my opinions as well. I hardly consider those constructive, so what do you want me to say. The real only positive QC's and opinions I get, are either from Phan, Side Swipe, HagarenViper among a few others, because they go into real detail.
"I don't like the editing"
"The scene doesn't fit"
None of those are constructive. What part of the video didn't you like the editing in? What scene didn't fit where? These are things I need to know. I take criticism fine, so don't accuse me of not being able to. I just don't put up with BS is all. And derogatory comments are part of that BS. If your going to help me and give me advice on what I should do, then do it. But don't sit there and insult me or my videos.
