This video had alot off things that influenced me to make it.
It all started when I watched TwilightChrono's Memories of Hate and Revenge 2, the song caught my interest after watching his video. While I was searching through the MEP thread, I saw the Celldweller MEP thread and noticed Switchback was not taken, so I decided to try out for it. I had recently bought and finished a Black Cat Boxset, so I said, why not? I put a few clips down and I really liked how it turned out.
During this time, I had yet to come up with an idea for Anime Expo, so I figured, why not make a full version of Switchback? And that's where we are.
I had to cut the song since it was way too long and I did not want to cut it the same way TC did in his video, so I mixed it up a little bit.
I had the whole video planned out, but when I put the clips down, it did not flow as well as it did in my head. A number of times in the video, I had to improvise, due to it not flowing well, but mostly due to the lack of action clips the series has. Some of the editing might not be perfect, but I did what I could to make it seem enjoyable. It was really fun to edit to, despite these complications. I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I enjoyed editing it.

For some reason, the local upload would not show up. I waited over an hour and no one responded in the help section, so I just uploaded it directly. I do hope someone can help me figure out what’s wrong with the local though.

My new recently obsessed anime. When I saw on the org how little amvs this series has, I decided to make a few of my own. This anime really deserves some more fans. I thought the song Breath By Breaking Benjamin fit the story I was going for extremely well. I realize that the song calls for two points of view, but both points of view fit the main character, so i edited it as I thought it would match.
I tried to make the story as simple as I could, with a few hints within it for those who have watched the series. If no one can get the story by watching the video, the simple story is: Boy just lives happy times with his friends, suddenly, those times are shattered when his friends are attacked. Boy tries to save them and help them, but can't do anything. He suddenly gains a power and fights to protect them, but doesn't want the power because he ends up hurting people.
