Yes, there is a difference 'cause I didn't convert fps from 60 to 24, but changed it within the project and re-rendered, and as a result got a slight shift. Since the deadline of a contest I'm participating was almost here, I didn't have a choise but to leave a 24fps version a little buggy. But to be able to notice a 1/24 sec. difference- guess you're not called rubyeye for nothing
