ummm... exactly how are we supposed to watch it unless you have uploaded it to the org? ;o (or provided indirect or direct links)

Have you followed all the steps, like confirmed your video, if you've done local?

I enjoyed that a lot. Reminds me of when AMV's were an inside thing that not many people knew about. 80's music with a mid 90's series at it's finest.

I prefer this AMV to the others of mine. You're right, I'm able to develop. :) I try to do my best. But 24h is short ;)

Beginning was good, but to make it more realistic, you could have altered the brightness of the theatre as well - in time with the flickering, since the screen should be the only major light source.

I thought the effects were a bit basic, but used OK. The one I didn't really like was the wavy lines one e.g. 1:29

It struck me that the song says "he's got to be" etc. but all the 'heroes' are female. But it's OK if you really wanted to use that anime.

The flickering was good at the beginning, but got a bit old throughout the AMV. I usually find that I like when there's strong beatsync at the beginning, but less obvious effects throughout the AMV with it relying more on relevant scenes to the lyrics.

Uhh... OK, maybe there's just one hero? And he's male? I don't know the anime ^^;

With the single cutout frames appearing after 3.05 (or something) - um, I think you could have used something else. I don't think the scenes were relevant to what was going on in the full-sized footage (in the background) - just cool scenes. It is my personal preference, but I'd rather the footage was relevant, rather than put there for "wow" factor.

The lower opacity frames immediately following were good, though. If you wanted to do it slightly more advanced (even though it would give a headache considering the number), you could cut out the background and blur the edges, so only the face of the person appeared and it wasn't all rectangles.

Overall, I can see you enjoyed making it, and also put thought into where you use the effects (considering they were synched, and with good timing). Keep in mind different ways to use techniques, and expand your techniques. If you haven't seen some top 10% AMVs, they can give good ideas for effects.

Yeah, I know, I won't search for exceptions. ;)

Still you're right. The effect at 1:29... hm... I like it. Show me a better to those sound effect. ;)

Yeah, I wanted to use this anime. It's impressed me. Well, I'm hungarian, you know, and in our language there is no different between boys and girls. I mean "he" means "ő" + "she" means "ő", too. So when I'm talking about somebody like "he" or "she", you do not know it inevitably what I think of. I apologize for this, our languages are different. I see, you can say this is english, and so on... but I'm thinkink in hungarian, none the less I understand english. :)

We are not alike. ;)

If you like there is more than one. Let's see... the 3 priesstesses (Afura the great priestess of wind, Miz the great priestess of water, Shayla-Shayla the great priestess of fire), Fujisawa sensei - like Bruce Lee, Makoto - with the orange cat, Nanami - says "Aaaaa" at 0:47, Alielle - purple haired yuri girl, Ura - the orange cat, maybe Rune Princess - with Makoto at the end, too. Everybody who fights for El Hazard against Jinnai (laughs very funny, and he shows f**k) and the Bugrom (the bugs). :D Even Ifurita (black haired girl), I think. If you donno this anime, I can recommend you. I watched the 26 episodes in one day!!

We are not alike - round 2 ;)

I thought about it, but deadlines coming soon.

First of all, I would like to say thanks for your throughout opinion! I appreciate that. I will check those AMVs to develop my abilities. I would like to be a good creator. Yeah, I enjoyed makin' this AMV, and I'm very proud of this work of mine. :) I hope the next will be much more better!
