So now the 720p is popular enough and the resolution o 1280x720 gives output amvs of over 100mb files, do they just let you to upload over 100mb files without the need of request here or is the maximum you can upload is is still below 99.9mb, its been quite a while since i las uploaded something

Allowing bigger sized uploads will also result in newbies uploading poorly compressed, huge files, I'd definitely vote a "no".
