640x360 is hardly "HD" do you mean lossless? either way you would want to go with a 640x480 ratio for full screen sources.

Erm.. what i ment was that the episodes were HD but when i saved the AMV on sony vegas it didnt come out HD

You have to costumise your template in sony, i'll send you a pm with the correct settings if i have time.

I'm sure there's some setting you could alter, either in the way you set up your project in the beginning or the way you export your file.

Maybe Google it.

this is more than likely due to pre processing and not paying attention to (and/or understanding) aspect ratios rather than how vegas is set up (import/export)
