Not that bad for a first try. Work on your quality though, wmv isn't that nice of a format. Also AR was off (mew mew is 4:3 and not 16:9).
I think you have an idea of what beat sync is and where to cut, what you lack is choosing the right scenes. The anime and song combo didn't work well, imho, I think you should start your vids when you actually have a good concept that ties your sources.
Anyway I think you'll improve, just read the guides (here's a link: http://a-m-v.org/guides/avtechbeta/ - it's a long guide but please read it in the whole since it's very useful for all technical aspects about amvs) and you'll be pretty much good to go.
Overall, I'd give this a 2.5/5 rounded up to 3. Keep up the work!
(I pasted this same comment on the QC, btw)

the quality wasn't too bad for a wmv and like the other person says it shows potential... i think that there was a little too much literal lyric sync for me, but it looks like you had fun putting it together... yay magical girl stuff :3

as for the aspect ratio were you cutting out the subtitles? sometimes it seemed right and others (a lot of it) it looked squished... if you are going to be cropping to get rid of subs the best thing you can do is to crop all your scenes and not just the ones with subs...

anyways it was a cute vid and if you like sugar and sparkles and stuff then woo

8-) - you guys are getting pretty-good with this editing stuff - 8-)

:book: Aspect Ratio was wrong; which had nothing to do with the concept nor the timing. :book:

Nice encode, good baud-rate, clean audio; 4/5 -- easily

I really like it when people put something to this song! \(^0^)/
And, for a first AMV, very good because you actually did something with the footage (like zooming in, slowing it down).
Really liked the way that the transformation footage was made to look like what was going through their heads when they danced.
I like the effort you put into picking appropriate footage, but with the line "how'd I turn my clothes inside out", it didn't fit to not have a club scene, so maybe you could have shown someone else.
The bits where you changed the colour looked very jagged.
With the guy bit, it would have been nice to have a guy speaking.
At the end "just duh-duh-duh-dance" wasn't really synched well with the cuts.

Um, you advertised your studio twice? But it's nice to have the footage and audio credits too. ;) Don't forget those, it's important to give credit where credit is due.

But overall, very nice, I enjoyed it!

No i didn't cut subtitles because the episodes didn't have any.
I ripped them off the original dvds.
I converted the episodes into HD.

640x360 is hardly "HD" do you mean lossless? either way you would want to go with a 640x480 ratio for full screen sources.
