Well the quality looks damn nice for this old anime, I only saw half of the Utena movie a long time ago... and I actually have no idea who the characters are XD (yay for a detailed write up, otherwise i'd get the impression that there's something going on but i was really missing the point), the mood of song and scenes fit together.
about bi-polar <-- the razor blade in the bath made me wonder
And although I'm not a fan of this particualar song from the artist it is deffinately creepier when put in this context.
Now on the negative:
Intro text needs some motionblur lub and there's a few scenes where the motion was jerky within them.
Is the guy/chick with greenish blue hair a different character or colour issue with the source? I think i saw him somewhere near the bath scenes.

So....I liked it. You really kept with the story. The sync and flow were very well done....it didn't feel like your avg sentimental vid. I saw what you did at the end (changes). I think I did say during the beta the last few scenes were too fast right? You took them out
But the LAST scene was As the music ending....umm could have faded alil more. It kind of seemed sudden. Story, sync, anf flow...nice! The vid did feel a tad long for me in some spots but I see all the changes you made. Good stuff and very nice edit as said during the beta (seriously) ^.^ seemed elegant.
