Trying to decide on an anime for an uplifting song

Just checked the AMV search Engine and came up with about 40 freaking videos with this song. Well, since you and possibly others saw some or all those videos.

Which ones look similar to my idea?

Since I'm trying not to make mine the same, I'll use a different anime, but also use an idea that isn't too related to love interests, but a spiritual connection between two people. Ya know, like one person can't move on without the other. Pretty much it's like having someone to look up to, but kinda something that is in the person's subconscious. I'll explain that more in my AMV!!!

In the meantime, I'll check out as many of those videos as possible, so I know whether to keep my idea or change it.

ah the one I saw, he hasn't released yet.
I donno how close to your idea it is because i would suppose it would depend on how familiar you are with the show, and how you perceive the video..

and I'd suggest against watching other videos.... they might "ruin" your original image of what you want to do...

It's a good thing ya caught me right when I realized it after making that last message. I had a relative who went through the same thing. He learned his lesson and now develops his own cool ideas. They are part of his "own".

My idea is still my idea so I'm still keeping it since it's a working concept. Besides, I wrote it down for peace sakes!!! I won't change it, but right now I'm trying to understand some aspect of my idea so I could make it into a full-fledged concept. Ain't no other idea like mine!

I think loveless could fit that description, don't know if you want to go yaoi though.

Also, and this may seem like a really strange suggestion, but maybe Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Kai. It's perfect for the situation they can't get out of. Rika and Hanyuu are depressed a lot because of their fate, but they seem to get inspired by Keiichi a lot and find some hope. I haven't seen the last 2 eps so I'm not sure how it ends. It's not romantic either, it's more about friendship. And Kai is the second season if you're not familiar.
