Actually a rating in between 1 and 10 is alright how Nio did. I just want to say something nicer.
For me it´s a solid action vid. Not the best, not the worst, but it entertains me. When the Karas part comes into play it starts to be alright for me and I like the Appleseed church scenes set up to the music.
I think you need to work more on details and if you can´t realize them, than it´s time to find alternatives. For example the beginning. It could have looked pretty cool, but yeah it´s not the easiest stuff.
I definatly don´t think that this is your worst video and it´s somewhere next to Twinkle and your GitS vid, wich I liked.
I like forward to see a different genre from you
